Commission Rates

BROKERAGE TERMS

We request Euro Ship Brokers to list the ship completed in the form for a period of 6 months to be in their website and appear in Apollo Duck listings for 6 months free of charge.
During this period Euro Ship Brokers will hold sole Brokerage for my Vessel. Euro Ship Brokers may sell or list with a fellow broker at no extra cost to owner in commissions. All offers will be forwarded to the owner for consideration.
N.B. Ships must be in Northern Europe - unless priced over €500,000.

BROKERAGE COMMISSION
A brokerage commission will be charged at the rates shown below.
Brokerage Fee Rate
£250,000 to £1m 3%
£100,000 to £250,000 5%
£40,000 to £100,000 6%
VAT chargeable where applicable.
No VAT chargeable on selling price. No sale, no fee!
In case of owner making a private sale, commission will be split. We will carry out searches of title and complete paperwork relevant to the sale.

TITLE DOCUMENTATION
Prior to completion of sale, you will be required to provide proof of title (Bill of Sale, Builders Certificate, VAT Invoice). We will provide a suitable sales contract and full Bill of Sale.
